Description
The backbone for this gin is Juniper and Coriander where the seeds and berries are lightly crushed, Angelica root and the subtler flavours of the Angelica leaf are used in conjunction with Winter Savory, a plant not dissimilar to Rosemary but with more subtle notes. These four botanicals offer a smooth, elegant and light base gin, it is to this that we then add the freshly distilled Geraniums - this is a plant that is so rich in aromas, with scents of warm tropical air, fresh green tea and floral tones that are reminiscent of roses and jasmine intermingled - these distilled flowers are then added to the gin where all these characteristics are enriched and enhanced to produce a rich, heady but beautifully balanced, soft texture and flavoured gin. Then the hand-harvested and dried Mallow flowers are infused, these flowers can only be collected when the sun is out and so opening the flowers completely (which in Scotland isn’t as many days as we would like!) to give a nearly clear spirit which then turns the most elegant pink when tonic is added. This is a gin that allows the senses to be completely stimulated and the palette to be in awe of the beauty, elegance, power and grace of the flavour of nature - truly a drink to savour.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Upon acceptance of delivery, you are advised to promptly check the contents of your order to ensure no damages and/or differences. You are further advised to scan the QR code located on your bottle(s) the moment you receive it and to always assess the authenticity of the bottle using the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (‘JKDM’) app before consuming. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please kindly let us know via email at: support@chillout.my and we will do everything we can (within reason) to remedy the issue.
- Return:
- Our policy lasts 7 clear days. If 7 clear days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- You further acknowledge that a lot of our products are fragile; therefore we do not accept returns. We do not accept any returns of such products until and unless proven that it is Chillout’s fault of the said products delivered. You are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery in accordance to the terms hereunder.
- To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and/or unused, and most importantly, the Chillout Security Sticker is not broken and/or tampered with and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
- Open (unscrewed/uncorked) bottles or bottles with a damaged label and/or tampered Chillout Security Sticker cannot be returned.

- To process your return, we require your order number, valid reason for the return, and receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back without prior notice.
- Refund:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Bulk products such as Beer Cartons cannot be returned as single bottles.
- Free gift items cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
