San Pellegrino Acqua Tonica is a fairly dry allround Tonic, produced in the Italian region, Lombardia.

Flavour: The Tonic has a nice citrus-like acidity to it, and since it's a less sweeter Tonic than many others, it will feel a bit to the Dry side as the quinine is more obvious.
